The client is active in a very specific and niche market where finding new potential customers and partners is a challenge. Also, sales cycles are long and it takes a lot of effort and capital cost to first, find the right buyers, engage with them, and convert them into meetings.

Our Solution

We designed and executed a highly targeted ABM (Account Based Marketing) campaign that had the following specifications:

 

  • Receiving some sample data of client’s current/ideal customers and partners (from their CRM)
  • Finding the right companies through reverse engineering and using firmographic data, concepts and keywords used on their website and social media.
  • Rating companies with the help of client based on priorities and targeting objectives
  • Finding the right executives(In this case Maintenance Managers, Reliability Engineers, CEOs, COOs and Vibration experts) inside each account
  • Initiating the conversation between our client and potential buyers via LinkedIn & Email through a 3-7 touch point cadences
  • Providing specialized ABM dashboard for reporting and tracking every interaction with each prospect all the way through the funnel
  • Retargeting high value prospect that were not engaged in the original campaign via the 2nd wave of cadences, fully automated
